Jobisez's Purpose:
Jobisez's goal is to educate, brief the searcher on trading partner requirements, and to suggest real world solutions to make your EDI job easier.

Time Line:
The jobisez.com domain was created on July 14, 2009*.

Jobisez LLC was official formed and recognized by the IRS as a Limited Liability Company (LLC) in March 2011. Jobisez LLC was then assigned a DUNS Number.

On May 17, 2011, Jobisez LLC entered into an Alliance Agreement with another company to resell EDI Services. Services ranging from EDI VAN, EDI Outsourcing, EDI Web, Fax-to-EDI and EDI Analytics.

On March 22, 2012, Jobisez LLC entered into a Independent Contractor Agreement with another company to perform EDI Consulting Services to other companies.

On March 7, 2013, the Mark "JOBISEZ" was filed with the USPTO.

On July 22, 2013, Jobisez LLC was accepted as a member of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA).

On Aug 20, 2013, The [JOBISEZ] mark has been published in the Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG).

On Sep 9, 2013, Jobisez announces the development of JZNET application; the 1 cent per KC for Network Data Transfers.

* - In 2006 the jobisez.com domain was initially registered for the first time but the website was not completed. When completed, the jobisez.com domain was reregistered on 7/14/2009.
